The Best Dressed of the 2009 MTV VMAs

Since there was so, so much ugliness at last night's VMA awards (clothing and behavior included), I thought we'd celebrate all the good things about the evening starting with the best dressed. I must say, I was thoughroughly impressed with the couture and risk taking that was sprinked over Radio City Music Hall. Methinks that Lady GaGa has set the bar so high that others are struggling to keep up
